Consulting Services

I work with my clients to hire, retain and manage their workforces.  Each client has different requirements and priorities and I work closely with my clients to identify what works best for them and their business.  Some clients are looking to have a part time, flexible HR resource on site for their employees.   Being onsite allows me to closely work with the management team in such areas as recruiting, performance management, compensation, while ensuring compliance with federal and provincial legislation.  Some clients require as little as half a day a month, other clients are looking for more coverage. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Virtual HR

Project Based Work
